Support for the Haiti Disaster

In light of the disaster that occurred in Haiti, we are posting a link to the American Red Cross for any donations that someone would like to make. What these organizations need most right now is money and any little bit will help! Please consider making a difference and help relieve the suffering of fellow men, women, and children who are living in utter devastation right now.

In two short days, HSP will officially be opening its doors to the general public! We are really excited by the community's response thus far to our facility and again are looking forward to offering quality programming in all various sports.

We are currently looking for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and flag football business partners to come and develop quality programming in these areas for the Sportsplex. If you are familiar with any quality soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, or flag football programs in the area, please let us know! We want to talk with them! Please have them contact us at info(@)haymarketsportsplex(dot)com.

We are still overwhelmed by the community's response to our Open House this past Saturday! Unreal - over 1200+ people showed up for the event that included tours of the facility, contests, games, moon bounces, and meet & greets with the current staff and academies currently housed at the Sportsplex! Check out this video, courtesy of Sarah Dempsey of Snyder Baseball & Softball, that was taken during the Open House!

We're really excited by your response and are looking forward to bringing quality indoor sports programming to the community. We will officially open the Sportsplex on December 5th, but are open to the public for general tours and questions - just stop in the front office of Signature Kitchens/WoodCrafters and ask for Lauren Taggart or Pat Pinkman!

We are also actively looking for quality sports academies, particularly in soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse, to develop and run specific programming and training in the Sportsplex. Please contact John Lombardozzi at info(at)haymarketsportsplex(dot)com about any sport academy business opportunities!

Haymarket Sportsplex is happy to announce that Jump-N-Jimmy's will be joining our facility! Check out their announcement below:

Welcome to Haymarket/Gainesville’s new indoor entertainment facility. Here, you and your family will be able to enjoy over 2,100 square feet of inflatable fun whenever the time is right for you! We are excited to be a part of the Haymarket Sportsplex and will offer the following services:
Daily Unlimited Open Bounce Time Various Themed Birthday Parties Team and Group Parties Multi Sport Summer Camps After School Camps No-School Day Camps	Toddler Bounce Area Mommy And Me Play Groups Team Building Organizational Fundraising Nights Family Fun Night

Moving Right Along

Things are moving right along as HSP gets ready to open its doors in early December. Remember that we are going to have an amazing Open House with tons of awesome food from local area restaurants, as well as some of the area's most notable mascots! A few special guests, clinics, and open batting cages will all be ready and on display for the Open House, Nov. 21 from 10am-3pm.

We are currently in the construction phase of the new Haymarket Sportsplex! Keep checking the blog for updated pictures as we progress!

Quick Update on Open House

The Open House for the Haymarket Sportsplex will actually run from 10am to 3pm. Food from Chick-Fil-A, Glory Days Grill , and Pizza Margherita will be featured!

We'll also have some of the area's most prominent mascots featured, including the Orioles Bird, Herndon Braves "HB", and possibly special appearances by the Nationals Screech and the Chick-Fil-A cow!

Haymarket SportsPlex is set to open in December 2009! Located conveniently near downtown Haymarket, VA, our 20,000 sq. ft. facility will provide an outstanding indoor sports arena, instructional academies, and a gathering place for youth sports in our community and throughout the Metro area. The Sportsplex will feature synthetic turf, web-based motion analysis, a main 8,000 sq. ft. arena, and 2 dedicated batting cages for baseball and softball.
